JAPS ELEMENTS was founded on the basis of twenty years of experience in waterjet cutting and ceramic processing. It originated from the needs of the construction company JAPS TEN, which specializes in construction projects with high added value. The aim of this union was to leverage expert knowledge and innovative technologies to provide comprehensive solutions in the field of construction manufacturing.
In our production, we use water from a borehole, and since the start of operations, we have faced issues with water hardness. This problem became fully apparent after about six months, when mineral deposits from the water began to significantly shorten the lifespan of components. Almost every week, we dealt with damage, which led to spare parts costs exceeding 60,000 CZK within a few months.
We therefore requested a quotation for a water descaling solution from the supplier of our cutting technology. The proposed solution was estimated to cost approximately 80,000 CZK with a delivery time of two months.
While searching for alternatives, we discovered your IPS KalyxX device online. At first, we were skeptical – the device seemed simple, and the entire process appeared almost too straightforward. Nevertheless, we were convinced by the lower price and immediate availability. We decided to purchase and install the device and wait 14 days to evaluate the results.
After two weeks, we disassembled the parts that had previously been most affected by water hardness and found them completely free of deposits. Based on this positive result, we adopted IPS KalyxX as our final solution and abandoned any further water treatment measures.
